Meet Brayden Marshall McCann! On February 14, 2016, Nick and Alyssa McCann officially became the parents of this 9lb 6oz Warrior; giving Parker Reece a lifetime pal who he would always be proud to call his baby brother, whether they be partners-in-crime or friends-in-battle.

Just before turning two-months old, it was brought-to-light that Brayden was born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD). He was diagnosed with (1) Left Ventricular Non-Compaction Dilated Cardiomyopathy and (2) Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). Because of the risks involved with the different treatment/surgery options, it was decided that a heart transplant would be Brayden's best option for having a long, happy and healthy life.

This GoFundMe account was set up to help offset the extensive medical costs associated with receiving a heart transplant: the treatments leading up to and following the procedure, the years of recovery/follow ups, and the medications that will be given for the rest of his life to sustain a healthy heart.

Many have called and asked what they can do to help. We are asking family, friends, and those touched by Brayden's story, who are able, to donate to this account so that we can help alleviate some of this young family's new-and-unexpected financial burden.

The last thing we ask, and most important of all, is to please pray. Pray hard and pray for miracles:

Pray that a match is found and Brayden will receive a donor heart soon. (MATCH FOUND- NEW HEART- MAY 22, 2016)

Pray for peace for the family who will have to lose their precious child so that another can be saved; that they will never forget how special their baby is, knowing that he/she will live on forever because of their great kindness and donation.

Pray for all medical staff, those who have cared for him and those who will continue to in the future; that their skillful hands will soon make this precious boy feel new again.

Pray for his parents, Nick and Alyssa; that they remain strong for their son and continue to show him their love for him instead of their worry.

Pray for his brother, Parker; that he is filled with positivity and encouragement during such a confusing time for him.

Pray for all family and friends; that they remain positive and encouraging, never ceasing to lose faith.

Pray for Brayden; Pray that he continues to be the warrior that we all know he is, and to keep fighting this battle that we all know he is due to win.

Update- Brayden has been in/out of the hospital for the past couple of months with various infections. Please pray that they will find out what is causing all these infections and that he will get to go home soon.

Let's face it, babies are darn cute and irresistible! It is stressful for new mom's when everyone wants to touch your little one. These signs are a great way to politely ask others to admire your precious baby from a distance and not touch them.

They can be used on your baby's car seat, stroller, crib, or baby carrier! This includes a velcro strip that allows you to secure the tag tightly in place wherever you would like it! Basically anywhere your little one will rest. This saying is printed on the FRONT & BACK of each tag. They are laminated for rigidity and for easy cleaning. Simply wipe clean with your anti-bacteria wipes. Not recommended to be submerged in water.

These signs were inspired by my nephew Carter who was born with heart problems. It was very stressful when the slightest bacteria or virus could be so dangerous to his health! And now I have a preemie of my own (30 weeks) and we are battling the trials of the NICU.

These signs help new mom's not feel uncomfortable with people around their newborn! Definitely a stress reliever!

These make great baby-shower gifts as well!
